Epoxy Adhesives
High-performance two-part epoxy adhesives (resin + hardener) for superior bonding of dissimilar materials like wood-to-fibreglass, metal inserts, or core-to-skin. Exceptional gap-filling, waterproof, and vibration-resistant; cures clear or thickened with fillers. Perfect for stringer installs, deck cores, or engine mounts; clamp 24hrs.
PET Construction Foam Cores
Recyclable PET (polyethylene terephthalate) foam sheets (3-30mm thick) for lightweight sandwich panel cores in boats, trailers, and structures. Closed-cell, high compressive strength (up to 1.5MPa), moisture-resistant; bonds easily with epoxy/polyester. Reduces weight by 80% vs solid laminate while maintaining stiffness, cuttable with saws, drillable for fittings. Ideal for hull bottoms, bulkheads, dive boards.
Coremat, Soric & Refrigeration Foam
Coremat (non-woven synthetic mat) and Soric (flow media core) for resin infusion and thick-core builds; expands 2-4x when wet-out. Refrigeration foam (rigid PU boards) for insulated panels/coolers. Coremat adds thickness without weight, prevents print-through; Soric channels resin evenly. Use in vacuum bagging for void-free laminates, compresses under vacuum, recovers post-cure.
