Foam/metal rollers for resin distribution (150-300mm); natural bristle brushes for gelcoat. Combo tape (275gsm CSM/DB600); 50mm/100mm widths. Measuring cups (graduated poly); non-stick spreaders.
Measuring Containers & Mixing Tools
Accurate poly cups (0.5-2.4L, ratio-marked); paddle sticks for 1-20L batches. Disposable cups for catalysts; calibrated syringes (1-50ml) for precision MEKP/epoxy hardeners. Avoid glass (static).
PPE: Gloves & Dust Suits
Nitrile gloves, latex gloves and disposable dust suits available. Full coverage hoods; breathable, disposable. Layer for styrene exposure.
PPE: Masks & Respirators
Half-mask respirators with organic vapor/P100 cartridges (styrene/resin fumes, microspheres). Full-face for spray-up; NIOSH-approved. Fit-test annually; replace cartridges post-40hrs.
